Soundcloud Loses In The Race To Youtube To MP3 Converters

For several years SoundCloud has been the biggest and largest music website in the entire world. Now it has lost its coveted position in the race to a new group of ever growing sites that host “YouTube to MP3” converters.

You would have come across the popular music website SoundCloud, irrespective of your love or interest for music. It has been the most popular website in the world solely dedicated for music. Surprisingly it has lost its number one position to not another rival, but to variety of other sites, that offer to convert YouTube videos to mp3 files. On the basics of statistics found on the SimilarWeb site, it was found out the SoundCloud has lesser number of users when compared to YouTube-mp3.org.
SimilarWeb, a popular visitor traffic monitoring site, released the popularity of music sites based on the total number of visitors to those sites. Youtube-mp3.org occupies the first place, followed by SoundCloud. The third position is occupied thepiratebay.org while the popular Spotify is down by one position and is at the fourth place.

Two of the top ten positions are occupied by YouTube to mp3 converters. Convert2mp3.net is at the sixth position. Shockingly, the pirate bay is not only alive but currently ranks at the third position.
